Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Panama City
Upon arrival in Panama City, you will be met not just at the airport but at the gate for a VIP reception. Don't worry about your bags or customs we take care of all these little inconveniences as soon as you arrive. Accommodations at the Bristol

Day 2: Tour of Panama City & Canal

After breakfast you will depart for a tour of the major sights of Panama City including the Panama Canal.  You begin with Panama Viejo founded in 1519 by Spain and later destroyed by the most feared privateer on the Spanish Main Henry Morgan.  After exploring these spectacular ruins on the banks of Bay of Panama you continue to Casco Antiguo, the Colonial City and visit many historical churches and public buildings dating back to 1673.  Much of Casco Antiguo is being restored and many have received awards including the National Theater which contains one of the greatest turn of the 20th century ceiling paintings inspired by Robert Lewis. You will also have the opportunity to walk up to the front door of the Heron Palace and if you're lucky you may get a chance to see the President of the Republic walk by.  Around lunch time you will be taken to the Amador Causeway and enjoy the view of Panama's 3 cities.  After lunch you will be driven to the end of the Amador Causeway and see the pacific entrance of the Panama Canal and the Bridge of the Americas.  You will then explore the former Canal Zone and continue parallel to the Canal to the first set of Locks, Miraflores.  Here you will have the best opportunity to witness ships in the lock chambers as they transit through the Canal.  To better explain how the Panama Canal works this center has several floors of exhibit and a large theater which teaches visitors in just 10 minutes what a ship does as it does a transit form one ocean to the other.  At the end of the day you will realize that Panama Canal is truly an engineering marvel. Accommodations at the Bristol (B L)

Day 3: Emberá Village
This Adventure begins with intrepid helicopter to the heart of 429,000 acres of rainforest where we will discover the Indigenous community of Emberá. This spectacular journey offers you an opportunity to see one of 7 living indigenous cultures still very intact much like when Columbus arrived in 1502.  These beautiful people are always happy to receive visitors and enjoy sharing their culture with people from the outside world.  During your visit you are welcome to paint your body as the Emberá do, with a natural fruit dye called Jagua which last about 10 to 14 days. You will also have an opportunity to view baskets made right before your eyes.  Most people are unaware of their contributions to modern medicine and a visit to the botanical garden is always an experience.  At the end of the day, many guests find it difficult to leaving this tropical paradise without feeling that they're in on a secret the rest of the traveling world has yet to discover.  Accommodations at the Bristol (B L)

Day 4: Transfer for you flight to Bocas del Toro – Laguna Azul Eco Boutique

This morning, you will travel to Bocas del Toro. Only a few places in the world have this unique atmosphere, particularly seductive, primitive and unforgettable. Bocas del Toro enchants all visitors with its unparalleled vegetation, biodiversity and inheritance. It is simply a true biological fantasy. It has a true natural and indescribable beauty. Day 5: Bocas del Toro – Laguna Azul Eco Boutique

The calm and crystal clear waters of a deep turquoise, with an average visibility of 20 meters and between 28 and 29 Celsius degrees, make a paradise for diving enthusiasts both as scuba snorkel. Snorkeling can be done at the foot of the Laguna Azul Eco-Boutique Hotel: Coral, sea stars, crabs and a host of small fish swimming among the roots that surround the Hotel of the Laguna Azul Eco-Boutique Hotel. Day 6: Bocas del Toro – Laguna Azul Eco Boutique

In the channel between the Bastimentos and Popa islands, Coral Key is a small island surrounded by mangroves. There is a small village overlooking the sea and it is one of Bocas del Toro best snorkeling area. Red Frog Beach is one of the most popular Panama beaches. Day 7: Morning at your leisure - Flight back to Panama City
After breakfast, you have the rest of the day to explore this charming town on your own.  In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport and flown to Panama City. Upon arrival you will be taken to your hotel.  Accommodations Tower Superior One Bedroom Suite at Bristol Hotel (B)


Day 8: Airport Transfer for your flight home

Your journey comes to an end today as you are met and transferred by private vehicle to the airport to board your international departure flight. Please Note: The pick-up for your transfer is generally three hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time. (B)
